What we collect.

Booking request email

If you request a booking, we store the email address you enter so a coach can contact you to schedule and send you updates about your sessions. We do not ask for anything else on this site.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited and how the site performs. IP addresses are anonymized. Analytics cookies are set only while you have not declined them in the banner, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser and choosing again.

Hosting logs

The site is served by Cloudflare, which keeps short-lived request logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to run and protect the service.

How we use and share it.

We use your email only for the updates you asked for. We use analytics only to improve the site. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Three providers process data on our behalf: Resend (booking request email list and delivery), Google (analytics), and Cloudflare (hosting and security). Each is bound to use the data only to provide its service to us.

Children.

This site is meant for parents, guardians, and adult athletes. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site. A parent or guardian creates and manages accounts for athletes under 18.

Your choices.

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time. You can decline analytics in the cookie banner or block cookies in your browser. California residents may request to know, delete, or correct the personal information we hold about them; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act. We keep booking request addresses until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and analytics data for the period set in Google Analytics (currently 14 months).
